About the Role

As an Operations Executive at Cosmos, you play a crucial part in ensuring smooth workflows as clients proceed through company formation and compliance processes. Your responsibility is to maintain progress, organize records meticulously, and coordinate with authorities efficiently. Additionally, you take initiative to identify opportunities for operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client work pipelines from initial instruction through to completion.
• Coordinate submissions to various free zones, government authorities, and business partners, following up on outstanding items.
• Lead operational onboarding processes for new clients onto the platform.
• Maintain accurate status tracking in ClickUp for easy visibility by all team members.
• Ensure documents, registers, and related records remain well-organized.
• Identify manual processes suitable for automation and report them.

Required Experience and Skills

• Between one and three years of experience in operations, administration, or coordination roles.
• Highly organized with a strong focus on task completion.
• Ability to manage multiple small tasks simultaneously without losing focus.
• Clear and effective written communication abilities.
• Comfortable using software systems and quick to adapt to new digital tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with UAE free zones or corporate services sector is advantageous.
• Familiarity with project management and CRM tools like ClickUp or Attio.
• A proactive attitude towards enhancing operational processes.
