Job Overview

We seek a proactive and hands-on Credit Management Executive to join our team at Hyderabad. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role focuses on achieving collection targets through effective communication and negotiation with customers.

Primary Responsibilities

• Make approximately 100 outgoing daily calls to customers for negotiating repayment arrangements.
• Contribute to meeting team targets as assigned by clients.
• Ensure 100% compliance with organizational policies and standards.
• Follow up daily on Promises to Pay (PTP) and escalate pending cases promptly.
• Provide feedback for process improvements to boost collection outcomes.
• Coordinate closely with Operations Support staff on urgent portfolio issues.
• Maintain strong relationships with fellow portfolio officers to enhance collection effectiveness.

Role Requirements

• Diploma or Graduate degree in a relevant field.
• Prior experience in the financial industry is mandatory.
• Proficiency in persuading and critically listening to customers.
• Strong negotiation skills are highly advantageous.
• Ability to inspire and motivate peers.
• Possession of DRA certification is required.
• Fluency in at least two regional languages such as Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, Marathi, Bengali, Malayalam, or Odia (Oriya).

Compensation
