Clinical Director - Remote

About the Role

As a Clinical Director serving as a Client Success Manager at Rehab CEOs, you will leverage your experience running or managing a Physical Therapy (PT) clinic to support roughly 50 PT clinic owners nationwide. Your primary mission is to guide these owners through business growth, leadership improvement, and operational enhancement by identifying hurdles, helping set actionable goals, and connecting clients with tailored resources and services.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships from onboarding through renewal phases.
• Manage a portfolio of approximately 50 PT clinic owner accounts, being their main point of contact.
• Conduct regular coaching and check-in sessions to review goals, performance metrics, challenges, and progress.
• Assist clients in applying Rehab CEOs' coaching frameworks and business strategies.
• Identify client gaps in leadership, marketing, hiring, operations, and profitability and guide them towards the right internal teams and resources.
• Ensure clients follow through on actionable steps, while proactively tracking engagement and progress.
• Communicate effectively to prevent and solve issues before they escalate, maintaining smooth collaboration between clients and internal teams.
• Recognize opportunities for contract renewals and advancement into higher service levels.
• Own communication loops completely, responding promptly without requiring reminders.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a Physical Therapist, Physical Therapist Assistant, Clinic Director, Practice Manager, or PT clinic owner.
• Strong professional communication skills and confidence in leading direct conversations.
• Exceptional organizational skills, detail orientation, and ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.
• Accountability and dependability in client management and task completion.
• Competence with Google Workspace; willingness to learn or use GoHighLevel software.
• Adaptability in a dynamic, growing company and ability to work independently.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual base salary ranging from $75,000 to $90,000, depending on experience.
• $2,000 stipend for equipment expenses.
• Two weeks of paid time off annually plus six paid holidays.
