Position Overview

The role is based at the Residential Facility in West Leederville, situated near Lake Monger wetlands and close to local amenities including supermarkets, cafes, and banks. Care Workers are sought for casual shifts ideally at least three days per week with the opportunity to assist elderly residents in their daily living activities under supervision. The position offers the chance to contribute meaningfully by supporting residents with dignity, compassion, and respect.

Key Responsibilities

• Adhere carefully to residents' care plans
• Provide personal care assistance to residents
• Operate under oversight from Shift Managers in nursing and facilities
• Respect residents and their families at all times
• Demonstrate patience and compassion in everyday interactions

Candidate Profile

• Hold a Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Care
• Demonstrate initiative along with strong multitasking and prioritisation skills
• Effective communication abilities, both written and verbal
• Attention to detail with accurate record keeping
