Job Overview
We are seeking a diligent Back Office Executive to join our Pune-based team. The role involves supporting insurance-related operations by preparing quotations, managing customer interactions, and assisting advisors with appointments and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate insurance quotations tailored for customers.
- Manage both inbound and outbound sales calls efficiently.
- Conduct follow-ups with potential clients to foster engagement.
- Arrange appointments for insurance advisors to meet clients.
- Keep customer information updated and organized using Excel and CRM tools.
- Coordinate the creation and handling of policy documents.
- Address customer questions courteously and professionally.
- Assist with daily administrative and office management tasks.
Work Conditions & Compensation
This position is based onsite in Pune, Maharashtra, India. The monthly remuneration ranges between INR 15,000 and INR 20,000.
