- Solid understanding of energy markets is essential, though direct energy sector experience is not mandatory.
- Demonstrated success managing large, multifaceted projects or products requiring extensive cross-team coordination.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and quantitative skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Results-oriented mindset with persistent goal achievement and proactive hands-on involvement.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with power market modeling and the development and commercial frameworks surrounding energy projects.
- Proven ability to cultivate relationships across diverse functions and geographies.
- Self-directed approach to technical problem solving and investigation.
Benefits and Opportunities
- Influence critical energy sector decisions meaningfully.
- Opportunity to develop into a recognized industry expert with public visibility.
- Access to private healthcare.
- Participation in the Aurora Academy training program offering skill development relevant to your role and the wider industry landscape.
