Job Responsibilities

• Maintain exemplary cleanliness standards throughout the property including guest rooms and public spaces.
• Foster strong professional relationships with housekeeping staff, clients, and contractors.
• Support and supervise the housekeeping team to ensure top-quality cleaning services.
• Conduct daily on-the-job training for cleaning staff to uphold service standards.
• Keep detailed records on finances, maintenance activities, and inventory management.

Candidate Qualifications

• Prior experience managing a housekeeping team efficiently.
• Proven ability to oversee budgets related to operating supplies, replacements, and consumable materials.
• Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities.
• Effective time management and organizational capabilities.
• Keen attention to detail combined with adherence to cleaning procedures and standards.
