Job Responsibilities
- Maintain exemplary cleanliness standards throughout the property including guest rooms and public spaces.
- Foster strong professional relationships with housekeeping staff, clients, and contractors.
- Support and supervise the housekeeping team to ensure top-quality cleaning services.
- Conduct daily on-the-job training for cleaning staff to uphold service standards.
- Keep detailed records on finances, maintenance activities, and inventory management.
Candidate Qualifications
- Prior experience managing a housekeeping team efficiently.
- Proven ability to oversee budgets related to operating supplies, replacements, and consumable materials.
- Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities.
- Effective time management and organizational capabilities.
- Keen attention to detail combined with adherence to cleaning procedures and standards.
