Key Responsibilities

• Assist in running workshops, conducting research, and opportunity assessments to comprehensively understand client objectives, technical and commercial requirements, market landscape, competitors, and regulatory frameworks.
• Examine and interpret tender documents to pinpoint client priorities, conditions, contributors, expected deliverables, and formulate bid strategies.
• Coordinate bid scheduling including planning activities, deadline management, task delegation, and milestone monitoring.
• Organize and lead bid kick-off, status, site, and review meetings ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement throughout the bidding procedure.
• Manage tender clarification processes by liaising with clients’ inquiries, collecting necessary responses, and guaranteeing punctual submission of clarifications.
• Create, revise, and refine bid materials, such as content narratives, CVs, and project summaries to ensure submissions are compliant, convincing, client-centric, and emphasize benefits.
• Ensure all governance checkpoints including reviews, approvals, adjudications, and sign-offs are accomplished in accordance with established work-winning protocols and standards.
• Document lessons learned, maintain repositories of work-winning knowledge, contribute to continuous enhancement efforts, and support net-zero carbon goals through active carbon management.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A degree in a pertinent field or equivalent professional experience.
• Membership or affiliation with professional bodies like APMP, CIM, or similar is preferred.
• Familiarity with using InMail platforms is advantageous.
