Job Overview

Evergreen Logistic Solutions is seeking a skilled Accountant to manage daily financial transactions and ensure accurate accounting operations at our Asansol, West Bengal location.

Key Roles and Duties

• Maintain accounts, ledgers, and vouchers on a daily basis.
• Oversee payable and receivable accounts, perform bank reconciliations, and manage petty cash transactions.
• Handle tax-related activities including GST, TDS, and overall tax compliance.
• Support preparation of Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and assist in monthly financial closings.
• Liaise with auditors and maintain thorough documentation for audits.
• Manage invoice dispatching and related correspondence via mail.
• Coordinate effectively with on-site teams.

Required Software Proficiency

• Tally Prime
• Tally Log
• Advanced Excel skills

Compensation

Monthly salary ranges from 20,000 to 25,000 INR.
