Job Overview

Evergreen Logistic Solutions is seeking a skilled Accountant to manage daily financial transactions and ensure accurate accounting operations at our Asansol, West Bengal location.

Key Roles and Duties

Maintain accounts, ledgers, and vouchers on a daily basis.
Oversee payable and receivable accounts, perform bank reconciliations, and manage petty cash transactions.
Handle tax-related activities including GST, TDS, and overall tax compliance.
Support preparation of Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and assist in monthly financial closings.
Liaise with auditors and maintain thorough documentation for audits.
Manage invoice dispatching and related correspondence via mail.
Coordinate effectively with on-site teams.

Required Software Proficiency

Tally Prime
Tally Log
Advanced Excel skills

Compensation

Monthly salary ranges from 20,000 to 25,000 INR.
