Role Overview
Player 15 Group is the sports and entertainment organization behind the Phoenix Suns, Phoenix Mercury, Valley Suns, and Mortgage Matchup Center. Based in downtown Phoenix, the company is guided by a culture centered on passion, creativity, innovation, and care. The organization is looking for a driven and experienced Account Manager for Membership Experience to support Phoenix Mercury season ticket members. This role focuses on member engagement, account service, renewals, upselling existing customers, collecting referrals, and identifying new business opportunities.
What You Will Do
- Reach out to current clients and prospective leads through calls, emails, and messaging.
- Represent the team during game days, member events, and new sales events.
- Develop leads through prospecting, networking, and referral follow-up.
- Arrange and conduct in-person meetings at the arena and throughout the Phoenix metro area.
- Handle additional responsibilities connected to the position as needed.
Experience and Qualifications
Applicants should bring strong communication, time management, and people skills, along with a professional approach in both verbal and written communication. Comfort with Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is expected. Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics and Arctics is preferred. The role also favors candidates with an upbeat, team-oriented attitude, a competitive drive, and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and game days.
A high school diploma or GED is required, and a bachelor’s degree is also mentioned in the source. Previous experience of 1–2 years in a sales or service role is preferred.
