Job description

Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Workshop Controller to join the team at Audi North Dublin, located near Exit 5 M50, Dublin North. This role involves assisting with the management of service and repair operations within the workshop to drive service sales and maximize profitability.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the workshop by efficiently operating the work loading system.
  • Promote and sell additional value-added products through effective communication with customers, technicians, and colleagues.
  • Maintain professionalism, accuracy, and due diligence in all tasks.
  • Oversee the work loading process and accurately record and document repairs performed on customer vehicles.

Candidate Requirements

  • Preferably a qualified technician or mechanic with relevant certifications.
  • Fluency in English with strong literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Excellent persuasion skills and managerial capabilities.
  • Previous experience in the automotive industry and aftersales environment.
  • In-depth mechanical knowledge.
  • Familiarity with the Kerridge system is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Possession of a full, clean EU or Irish driving licence is strictly required.
  • Eligibility to work full time in the EU is required.
