Role Overview
We are seeking an Entry Level Facilities Technician to join our team supporting manufacturing operations and facility maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out maintenance duties that support both the manufacturing processes and overall facility operations.
- Execute scheduled preventative maintenance on equipment, machinery, building structures, and surrounding grounds.
- Identify and communicate any defective machinery or unsafe conditions to the department supervisor promptly.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and repairs on machinery and equipment as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the work environment, ensuring adherence to safety protocols at all times.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated strong teamwork skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Self-driven with a keen eye for detail.
- Creative problem-solver with good critical thinking abilities.
- Mechanical aptitude and hands-on skills considered a strong advantage.
- Adaptable and eager to learn new technologies and methodologies.
- Effective oral and written communication competencies.
- Willingness to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, typically on a Tuesday to Saturday schedule from 7am to 3pm.
Terms & Conditions
Compensation will be based on experience (BOE). The position is located onsite at New Ipswich, NH premises.
