Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organised WIP Coordinator to join the Hydraulics Workshop team in Tomago, NSW, on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role involves overseeing the management of Work in Progress (WIP) to ensure smooth operational flow, timely completion of tasks, and precise invoicing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate all Work in Progress activities within the Hydraulics Workshop.

  • Support the processes of quoting, invoicing, and warranty handling.
  • Maintain detailed records and ensure full adherence to company policies and procedures.
