Waiter

Job Overview

As a Waiter at Four Points by Sheraton in Riyadh, you will contribute to creating an outstanding dining experience for guests, going beyond simply serving food. You will be responsible for setting tables, coordinating with the kitchen, attending to guests, and maintaining cleanliness of your working environment. The goal is to make every dining interaction memorable and seamless, combining great food and excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist guests by providing attentive and courteous service throughout their dining experience.
• Prepare and set tables ensuring all items are clean and well-stocked.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders.
• Maintain cleanliness in the dining and service areas, adhering to health and safety protocols.
• Handle physical tasks including standing, walking, lifting objects up to 25 pounds unassisted, or 50 pounds with assistance, and performing activities involving bending, twisting, and stooping.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Minimum education level of high school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in food and beverage service.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific licenses or certifications necessary.

This is a non-management, full-time onsite role located on King Abdulaziz Road, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
