Virtual Relationship Manager - Inbound & Outbound Sales at Kotak Mahindra Bank

About the Role

Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd is urgently seeking experienced Virtual Relationship Managers (VRM) for a permanent in-house position within their Contact Centre Branch located in Wagle Estate, Thane-West. This role focuses on outbound sales and customer interaction over the phone, without any face-to-face client visits or fieldwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle outbound calls focused exclusively on Wealth/Privy clients, leveraging experience from similar profiles in competing institutions.
• Participate in specialized training to become versatile phone banking officers with cross-skills in cards, liabilities, and assets.
• Drive sales activities with assigned mapped customer bases while monitoring outcomes such as Net Promoter Score (NPS), service level, service quality, and sales targets.
• Deliver excellent customer communication and service, adhering to productivity and quality benchmarks.
• Address and resolve customer queries promptly to ensure customer satisfaction and consistent service experiences.
• Maintain accurate daily logs as per process requirements.
• Comply strictly with information security and quality assurance protocols.
• Stay updated on process changes and implement feedback from team leaders, coaches, or quality checks to enhance personal and team performance.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Minimum 1 year and up to 6 years of sales experience in banking or related non-banking sectors.
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Effective communication, sales, and convincing skills.
• Age limit up to 32 years.
• Preference given to female candidates, though males are also encouraged to apply.
• Willingness and ability to work from the Thane-West location.

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual Cost to Company (CTC) between INR 350,000 and INR 500,000 inclusive of performance-based incentives.

Work Schedule & Other Details

• Five working days per week with two weekly offs; Sunday fixed plus one weekday or Saturday off.
• Fixed day shift from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
• 100% office-based role at the Contact Centre; no customer visits or field assignments involved.
