US Technical Recruiter

Overview

Trident Consulting is seeking a dynamic and experienced US Technical Recruiter to join their team onsite in Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu. The candidate will work US PST hours to fulfill high-priority staffing needs directly with clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle direct client recruitment for both IT and non-IT roles.
• Source, identify, and engage candidates utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter (with RPS license), Dice, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, ZipRecruiter, and internal databases.
• Apply advanced Boolean search, networking, referrals, social sourcing, and cold calling to find top talent.
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring demands.
• Screen and assess candidates on experience, communication skills, work authorization, and salary expectations.
• Submit qualified candidates timely, ensuring quality standards.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate between candidates and hiring panels.
• Negotiate compensation packages and employment terms effectively.
• Manage offer workflows, onboarding processes, and maintain candidate follow-ups.
• Develop and sustain positive relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle for an excellent candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and usage of ATS systems for tracking recruitment activities.
• Verify candidate eligibility including work authorization to ensure compliance.
• Follow client hiring procedures and internal recruitment policies strictly.
• Monitor recruitment key metrics such as submissions, interviews, and placements.

Required Experience and Skills

• Proven expertise in using LinkedIn Recruiter with RPS license for sourcing candidates.
• Extensive direct client recruiting background with familiarity in MSP/VMS programs.
• Hands-on US staffing experience focusing on IT/technical roles and W2 hiring processes.
• Comprehensive knowledge of work authorizations and candidate closing techniques.
• Ability to work effectively during US PST shift hours.
• Highly proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple requisitions with speed and efficiency.
