Role Overview

We are seeking an Associate Recruiter to collaborate closely with our Recruiting Lead and acquire full-cycle recruitment skills. This entry-level position is ideal for someone eager to develop their recruiting proficiency, initially focusing on recruiting for go-to-market and customer-facing roles such as Sales Development Representatives, Account Executives, and Support Representatives.

Daily responsibilities include coordinating interviews, providing timely and attentive candidate communications, sourcing potential hires, maintaining accurate applicant tracking system records, and generating reports. Over time, you will take on increased responsibilities including conducting hiring manager meetings and managing recruitment requisitions end-to-end.
