Position Overview
We are hiring a Frontline Sales Person (FLSP) for the Fans Division to drive secondary and primary sales, enhance distribution networks, and meet sales goals within a designated region. Graduates are eligible; an MBA is preferred but not required.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet monthly and yearly sales objectives for the assigned territory.
- Promote primary and secondary sales through an extensive network of distributors and retailers.
- Boost market share by optimizing product assortment and distribution efficiency.
- Encourage repeat purchases and increase retailer productivity.
- Scout for new business prospects and broaden market reach.
- Appoint, train, and develop distributors, dealers, and retailers while fostering strong partnerships.
- Evaluate distributor performance and execute corrective steps as needed.
- Ensure smooth order processing, invoicing, and product delivery timeliness.
- Reduce distributor turnover and enhance channel performance.
- Coordinate and implement product launches, promotional events, trade schemes, and retail branding activities.
- Monitor competitor strategies including pricing, promotions, and launches.
- Work closely with the Trade Marketing team for point-of-sale materials and branding execution.
- Lead and support sales teams including LASMs, TPAs, and ISPs through coaching and performance monitoring.
- Maintain collection processes according to company policies.
- Make full use of Sales Force Automation tools for operational efficiency.
- Manage inventory levels and minimize ageing stock.
- Submit comprehensive sales reports on daily, weekly, and monthly bases.
- Resolve any distributor and retailer concerns swiftly.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in channel sales and distributor management.
- Strong knowledge of primary and secondary sales processes.
- Competence in dealer and retail sales development.
- Proven ability in territory sales and market development in consumer durables or electrical appliances.
- Expertise in business development and sales planning.
- Coordination with trade marketing and promotional activities.
- Effective team management and training skills.
- Excellent collection management and sales reporting capabilities.
Eligibility
Applicants must have completed a graduate degree; an MBA is advantageous but not mandatory.
