Namo Pharma is a company specializing in surgical, healthcare, medical, and aesthetic products. We are seeking a dynamic and self-assured Telemarketing Executive to become an integral part of our sales team, engaging with customers to manage product inquiries and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound telephone communications directed at doctors, hospitals, clinics, distributors, and customers.
• Provide detailed explanations about the company's surgical and healthcare products.
• Identify and cultivate new business leads while transforming inquiries into sales.
• Perform regular follow-ups with both existing clients and potential customers.
• Record and maintain accurate customer and lead information within company databases.
• Collaborate with the sales team to manage quotations, order processes, and subsequent follow-ups.
• Inform customers regarding new product launches, promotional offers, and corporate announcements.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales performance goals.
• Maintain courteous and professional interactions throughout customer communications.

Candidate Requirements

• Must possess strong verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
• Exhibit confidence and politeness during telephone conversations.
• Basic familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is advantageous.
• Previous experience in sales or telemarketing is preferred but not mandatory.
• Fresh graduates with proficient communication abilities are encouraged to apply.
• Demonstrate a positive mindset, persuasive skills, and eagerness to learn.
