Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment life cycle for a diverse range of corporate, specialist, and essential business positions.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to accurately assess workforce requirements and develop customized recruitment strategies.
• Implement proactive sourcing methods to attract top-tier candidates in a competitive landscape.
• Establish and maintain robust talent pipelines while offering market intelligence to inform workforce planning.
• Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
• Participate in continuous enhancement of recruitment processes and talent acquisition initiatives.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated experience as an in-house Talent Acquisition professional is mandatory.
• Background in the insurance sector is highly advantageous, providing insight into the industry and talent marketplace.
• Skilled in managing end-to-end recruitment for professional, corporate, and niche roles.
• Effective communicator with the ability to forge trusted relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Proactive, solution-driven recruiter dedicated to delivering quality hiring outcomes.
• Enjoys collaborating within a close-knit and supportive team environment.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $150,000 plus superannuation, commensurate with experience.
