We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join a leading insurance firm located in North Sydney. This role offers a unique chance to make a significant difference within a collaborative People & Culture team dedicated to delivering excellent talent acquisition results.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle for a diverse range of corporate, specialist, and essential business positions.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to accurately assess workforce requirements and develop customized recruitment strategies.
- Implement proactive sourcing methods to attract top-tier candidates in a competitive landscape.
- Establish and maintain robust talent pipelines while offering market intelligence to inform workforce planning.
- Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
- Participate in continuous enhancement of recruitment processes and talent acquisition initiatives.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated experience as an in-house Talent Acquisition professional is mandatory.
- Background in the insurance sector is highly advantageous, providing insight into the industry and talent marketplace.
- Skilled in managing end-to-end recruitment for professional, corporate, and niche roles.
- Effective communicator with the ability to forge trusted relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Proactive, solution-driven recruiter dedicated to delivering quality hiring outcomes.
- Enjoys collaborating within a close-knit and supportive team environment.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $150,000 plus superannuation, commensurate with experience.
