Role & Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily site activities including cargo operations, loading and unloading processes, inventory monitoring, and coordination of warehouse workflows.
• Ensure strict adherence to UAE customs laws, safety guidelines, and company standard operating procedures throughout all operation areas.
• Lead, direct, and energize ground teams by delegating tasks, tracking productivity, and upholding safety and quality standards.
• Liaise with logistics managers, transport partners, and customs agents to address delays and improve operational turnaround times.
• Perform regular site inspections, keep detailed operational records, and report any issues or inefficiencies to higher management.
• Train and integrate new employees on equipment usage, safety standards, and site-specific procedures.

Skills & Qualifications

• Essential experience in site supervision, warehouse management, cargo handling, safety compliance, UAE customs regulations, logistics coordination, team leadership, and inventory control.
• Desirable qualifications include familiarity with port authority systems, certification in forklift or crane operations, and proficiency in the Arabic language.
