Role overview
This position is for an accomplished and target-oriented showroom manager to run the day-to-day functioning of an automotive showroom. The role centers on guiding the sales team, increasing revenue, delivering strong customer experiences, and upholding high standards across operations.
What you will do
- Take ownership of daily showroom operations for the automotive outlet.
- Coach, guide, and energize the sales team so monthly and yearly sales goals are met.
- Track sales results and put action plans in place to improve revenue and profitability.
- Make sure customers receive a consistently high level of service at every stage of their journey.
- Keep the showroom visually strong by maintaining display quality, vehicle presentation, and merchandising standards.
- Watch over stock availability and work closely with inventory and logistics teams.
- Address customer issues and manage escalated complaints in a calm, professional manner.
- Review key sales indicators and create regular performance updates.
- Run sales reviews, training sessions, and performance assessments on a regular basis.
- Ensure operations follow company procedures, policies, and brand guidelines.
- Partner with the marketing team to support promotions, showroom campaigns, and events.
- Create lasting customer relationships that encourage repeat purchases and referrals.
- Keep an eye on competitor actions and market movements to spot new business opportunities.
- Work with finance and insurance teams to support vehicle handover and customer paperwork.
What we are looking for
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, automotive management, or a similar field.
- Strong background of 5 to 8 years in automotive sales.
- At least 2 to 3 years in a supervisory position or showroom management capacity.
- Experience in passenger vehicles is strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage people effectively.
- Solid skills in selling, negotiating, and building customer relationships.
- Good analytical ability and comfort with reporting.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM or DMS platforms.
- Excellent spoken and written English; Arabic is an added advantage.
