About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Service Driver, also known as a Customer Delivery Representative, based in Cork City. This is a permanent, full-time position where your workday begins and ends at your home. Your primary responsibility will be servicing a diverse range of customers by providing tailored solutions and performing on-site services such as installation, fitting, collection, and exchange of units or products. Maintaining outstanding service standards and identifying potential sales opportunities are key aspects of this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive and execute all customer service requests professionally and appropriately.
- Regularly update service management with progress and relevant information to meet customer service expectations.
- Ensure that all stock and services delivered are suitable and appropriate for customers.
- Assist in planning routes for new customer service demands.
- Comply strictly with company Health and Safety policies.
- Consistently meet or exceed customer expectations.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Possession of a full, clean Irish or EU driving license is essential.
- Capability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively within deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A strong dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and maintain a positive, proactive attitude.
