Role Overview
As a Senior Consultant in HR Strategy & Operations, you will support organizations in strategically realigning their HR functions to be future-ready. The team strengthens HR roles through comprehensive strategy and process consulting, deep technology expertise, and targeted use of artificial intelligence (AI). The position is based in Stuttgart, with options in other German offices.
Responsibilities
- Advise clients on strategic questions related to efficient and innovative HR Target Operating Models.
- Support clients through change processes integrating global HR and HR technology trends.
- Design and lead workshops and client meetings; develop impactful presentations for top management and aid strategic HR decisions.
- Deliver data-driven solutions using qualitative and quantitative analyses, conduct interviews with clients and experts, apply modern data strategies, and utilize AI tools.
- Lead initial sub-projects and mentor junior colleagues by sharing knowledge and experience.
- Contribute actively to sales presentations, marketing documentation, and practice development.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum two years of relevant experience in consulting roles related to HR strategy, process design, operating models, and service delivery.
- Strong expertise in HR strategy development, HR process design, HR operating model, and HR organization and service delivery frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, interpretative, presentation, and moderation skills, combined with responsibility and team spirit.
- Experience in project management, client coordination, entrepreneurial thinking, and adaptability.
- Willingness to travel and proficiency in German and English, both spoken and written.
