Role Overview
The Executive Assistant will work closely with the Founder & CEO, facilitating strategic projects, business operations, recruitment, sales, marketing, technology, and market expansion efforts. This dynamic position offers exposure to a fast-paced startup environment, problem-solving challenges, and ownership opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and manage the Founder & CEO's calendar, including meetings, travel, and priority scheduling.
- Create presentations, reports, proposals, meeting minutes, and various business documents.
- Liaise with senior teams across Sales, Operations, HR, Finance, and Technology for coordination.
- Monitor critical projects and financial metrics such as profit and loss to ensure deadlines are met.
- Ensure accountability by following up on action items across different departments.
- Support business development efforts, client interactions, and strategic partnerships.
- Assist in organizing events, leadership meetings, and corporate communications.
- Maintain confidentiality and exhibit professionalism in handling sensitive information.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Possess a bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Have 2 to 5 years' experience in roles like Executive Assistant, Business Associate, Chief of Staff, or Project Coordinator.
- Exhibit strong communication, presentation, and documentation abilities.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, ChatGPT, and AI-powered productivity tools.
- Be highly organized with keen attention to detail.
- Capable of multitasking and performing effectively under pressure.
- Show proactive initiative and ownership mentality.
- Flexibility to work beyond standard office hours when necessary.
- Willingness to travel for business meetings and events.
