Threeclean Laundry is a rapidly expanding small enterprise delivering expert laundry solutions. They seek a dynamic and goal-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive who also supervises CRM efforts to foster business expansion and increase revenue.

Role Overview

The Sales & Marketing Executive / CRM Supervisor is charged with cultivating new business prospects, nurturing client relationships, overseeing CRM activities, and bolstering revenue growth. Effective communication, strong customer interaction skills, and foundational sales knowledge are essential.

Primary Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new leads as well as business opportunities in laundry services.
• Manage and engage with existing clients using CRM tools.
• Convert potential inquiries into active customers with a focus on retaining long-term accounts.
• Organize and implement localized sales and marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service execution.
• Maintain and update client databases, sales information, and follow-up statuses.
• Compile regular sales and CRM performance reports on a daily and weekly basis.
• Address customer feedback and complaints to improve retention strategies.

Compensation

The monthly salary range for this role is between 18000 and 24500 Indian Rupees.
