Key Responsibilities
- Identify and attract new customers to the company.
- Manage operational and strategic sales activities with autonomy.
- Plan and organize daily work independently.
- Maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients, including re-establishing sales contacts.
- Expand communication across additional branches of client organizations.
- During the initial period, learn core company processes, build internal networks, and set clear goals.
- Receive proactive guidance and support from the sales supervisor.
Candidate Profile
- Completed commercial training or equivalent experience is advantageous.
- Experience in sales and acquiring new clients.
- High self-motivation and results-driven mindset.
- Strong self- and time-management skills.
- Ability and willingness for self-reflection and implementing feedback.
- Familiarity with sales and service processes and demonstrable experience.
- Solid understanding of business administration principles.
- Knowledge of IT solutions.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, focusing on storytelling and value-based selling.
- Quick comprehension, solution-oriented thinking, and broad perspective.
- Enjoys teamwork and collaborating with clients to achieve shared success.
- Willingness to travel for project acquisition.
- Self-driven, motivated, and committed to delivering high-quality results.
