About the Role
Join RealNZ in Queenstown as a full-time Reservations Consultant within our lively Contact Centre team. This role demands excellent multitasking and communication capabilities as you become the primary contact for guest and agent inquiries through phone, webchat, and email channels. Your key focus will be on delivering outstanding customer service and transforming inquiries into confirmed sales, ensuring a smooth and memorable experience for our guests from the first point of contact.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the frontline representative responding to guest and agent queries via multiple communication platforms.
- Provide exceptional service by effectively handling reservations and related customer needs.
