Role Overview
We are seeking a Remote Customer Service Specialist to efficiently handle customer communications for a fitness-oriented company. This role involves managing inquiries through multiple channels, assisting with orders and product information, and collaborating with various teams to resolve concerns promptly.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer questions via telephone, email, and live chat channels
- Offer support concerning order processing, shipment tracking, product specifications, and troubleshooting
- Work closely with fulfillment, sales, and service departments to address and resolve customer issues
- Keep detailed and precise records in the company's CRM system
- Follow up proactively with customers to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any lingering concerns
- Continuously stay informed on product updates, company policies, and procedures
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of one year experience in customer service, client support, or similar client-facing roles
- Exceptional communication abilities coupled with strong problem-solving skills
- Highly organized with the capacity to handle multiple priorities effectively
- Familiarity and proficiency with CRM software or customer support tools
- Positive demeanor paired with a genuine enthusiasm for assisting customers
- An interest or prior knowledge in fitness or gym equipment is an advantage
