Role Overview

We are seeking a Remote Customer Service Specialist to efficiently handle customer communications for a fitness-oriented company. This role involves managing inquiries through multiple channels, assisting with orders and product information, and collaborating with various teams to resolve concerns promptly.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions via telephone, email, and live chat channels
• Offer support concerning order processing, shipment tracking, product specifications, and troubleshooting
• Work closely with fulfillment, sales, and service departments to address and resolve customer issues
• Keep detailed and precise records in the company's CRM system
• Follow up proactively with customers to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any lingering concerns
• Continuously stay informed on product updates, company policies, and procedures

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of one year experience in customer service, client support, or similar client-facing roles
• Exceptional communication abilities coupled with strong problem-solving skills
