Overview
Keytaal Worldwide, a prominent property development firm in India involved in residential, commercial, hospitality, and retail sectors, is seeking an experienced Regional Cluster Head to oversee security operations across multiple sites.
Qualifications and Expertise
- Minimum graduate or postgraduate degree.
- Mandatory Certified Protection Professional (CPP) certification; NEBOSH IGC preferred.
- Excellent skills in communication, analysis, and decision-making.
- In-depth knowledge of physical security, risk management, intelligence gathering, vigilance, and crisis management.
- Hands-on experience with security technologies including CCTV, access control, parking management, and surveillance tools.
- Strong understanding of security standards, governance, audits, compliance, and training.
- Exceptional stakeholder management capabilities interacting with clients, law enforcement, fire departments, and security vendors.
Experience
- Total of 15-20 years of professional experience.
- At least 5 years in a leadership position such as Security Head or Manager.
- Experience within corporate or facility management environments spanning multiple locations.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise security teams across various sites through service providers.
- Ensure effective management of guarding services, access control, traffic, and material movements.
- Drive adherence to service level agreements (SLA), governance, and discipline at all properties.
- Develop and maintain intelligence networks to provide actionable threat analyses.
- Oversee vigilance operations, investigations, and fraud/misconduct prevention.
- Identify emerging security risks proactively and implement mitigation strategies.
- Manage and optimize security hardware such as CCTV, access control, and other surveillance systems.
- Champion automation and digital security advancements, including command center and centralized monitoring solutions.
- Ensure consistent incident monitoring and response protocols.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and enforce necessary safety, legal, and statutory compliance.
- Lead periodic security audits, inspections, and continuous improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams for security strategy alignment.
- Manage incident responses, crisis situations, and facilitate detailed reporting.
- Oversee vendor relationships, service partnerships, budgeting, billing, and cost management.
- Implement training programs, drills, and capacity-building exercises for security personnel.
- Liaise effectively with law enforcement and emergency services.
Additional Information
- Familiarity with ISO certifications such as 27001, 22301, and 45001 is advantageous.
- Strong personal qualities including integrity, a sense of ownership, and vigilance are essential.
