Job description
Role Overview
The Operations Manager will oversee the daily functioning of multiple teams to guarantee achievement of productivity, quality, and performance objectives. The role involves diagnosing process inefficiencies and introducing streamlined methods to boost overall operational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily operational activities ensuring that teams meet set targets for efficiency and quality.
- Identify and resolve process bottlenecks by adopting lean and optimized practices.
- Manage budgeting, allocation of resources, and maintain relationships with vendors to enhance cost-effectiveness.
- Work closely with leaders from HR, Finance, and Sales departments to align operation plans with company-wide strategic goals.
- Lead workforce-related functions including recruitment, onboarding, training, coaching, and performance reviews.
- Oversee adherence to industry regulations, safety protocols, and internal policies to ensure compliance.
Additional Information
This position is based in Kolkata, West Bengal, India, and requires presence on site. The monthly compensation ranges from 15,000 to 25,000 INR.
