• Perform comprehensive market mapping to provide clients with actionable insights.
• Represent client organizations professionally in the employment market.
• Manage the recruitment lifecycle from initial briefing to successful placement.
• Develop relationships with new clients to foster business growth.
• Collaborate with team members and share industry and market knowledge.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in a recruitment agency environment, preferably within sales or technology sectors in the UAE or Gulf region.
• Excellent communication abilities and proficiency in building relationships.
