Role Overview

As a Contract Recruiter at Compass, you will spearhead talent acquisition initiatives across multiple departments, working closely with hiring managers to craft and execute effective sourcing strategies. Your role involves managing the recruitment lifecycle end-to-end and actively contributing to promoting Compass's company culture both internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and assessing candidate fit for various roles.
• Partner with department hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and efficiently evaluate applicants.
• Engage in proactive sourcing of candidates using referrals, networks, internal databases, and innovative search methods.
• Maintain professional and prompt communication with potential hires.
• Leverage creativity to market Compass as an employer of choice and attract top talent.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of three years of recruiting and sourcing experience.
• Proficiency in managing and nurturing candidate pipelines.
• Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational ability.
• Bachelor's degree with a solid academic background.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while managing a full recruitment pipeline.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a talent for engaging both active and passive job seekers.
• Well-versed in advanced interviewing techniques.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, particularly Greenhouse or Oracle, is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35 to $40 per hour, with compensation adjusted based on experience, knowledge, and market standards. The role includes eligibility for various incentive programs such as cash bonuses, equity, or commissions.
