Role Overview

We are seeking a Tech Recruiter passionate about actively identifying outstanding talent rather than passively waiting for applications. The ideal candidate thrives on sourcing the most elusive prospects, nurturing connections with top performers, and persuading exceptional individuals to join a dynamic, ambitious organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate proactive sourcing of high-caliber candidates using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and creative outreach techniques.
• Engage in effective headhunting and outreach to appeal to passive job seekers.
• Establish and maintain strong talent pipelines aligned with current and future hiring needs.
• Collaborate effectively with hiring managers to craft strategic hiring plans and define ideal candidate profiles.
• Conduct candidate screenings to evaluate technical skills and cultural compatibility.
• Ensure a superior candidate experience from initial contact through to offer acceptance.
• Leverage recruitment data and labor market trends to continuously enhance hiring outcomes.
• Contribute to strengthening employer branding and refining recruitment processes as the company scales.

Candidate Requirements

• At least three years of recruitment experience, preferably within rapidly growing technology firms or startups.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit for technical roles including AI Engineers, Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data, and AI specialists.
• Successful track record in outbound sourcing and attracting passive candidates.
• Proficient use of LinkedIn Recruiter and other candidate sourcing platforms.
• Strong interviewing skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage stakeholder relationships.
• Capacity to handle multiple recruitment processes concurrently in a fast-moving environment.
• A proactive mindset with strong ownership and a results-driven approach.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Preferred Extras

• Experience recruiting across multiple countries.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Background working in international startup environments.
