Job Responsibilities

Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties.
Conduct property viewings and open house events.
Build and nurture relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Prepare comprehensive market analysis presentations for clients.
Handle contract negotiations ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Keep abreast of real estate market trends, property values, and competitive dynamics.
Collaborate with mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and other related professionals to ensure seamless transactions.
Implement marketing strategies to promote properties and attract potential buyers.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of transactions and client interactions.

Required Qualifications

Previous experience as a real estate agent or in allied roles is preferred.
