Job Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties.

• Handle contract negotiations ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Keep abreast of real estate market trends, property values, and competitive dynamics.
• Collaborate with mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and other related professionals to ensure seamless transactions.
• Implement marketing strategies to promote properties and attract potential buyers.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of transactions and client interactions.

Required Qualifications
