Role Overview
We are looking for a full-time Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Denver, PA. This position is responsible for overseeing projects from initial concept through to final installation and delivery, ensuring timelines, quality, and budgets are met. You'll collaborate closely with clients, vendors, and internal departments to manage custom manufacturing and installation projects within a fast-paced work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects from pre-sales planning stages through production, installation, and delivery phases.
- Act as the main contact for clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth project flow.
- Create, update, and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
- Coordinate internal resources and engage with external vendors effectively.
- Track project progress continuously and address any issues proactively.
- Maintain quality assurance standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Communicate clear and consistent project updates to all relevant parties.
Qualifications and Skills
- Prior project management experience, ideally within custom manufacturing or fabrication environments.
- Strong organizational abilities as well as decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines simultaneously.
- Experience working with ERP systems; familiarity with EPICOR is highly preferred.
- A solid understanding of manufacturing processes, woodworking, or custom fabrication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools including Project, Planner, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, and Excel.
