Position Summary
This multifaceted role merges responsibilities in client project coordination with internal business operations. You will manage day-to-day project activities focusing on Salesforce application initiatives, reporting to a Senior Project Manager, while also supporting internal operational needs. This requires a self-directed individual comfortable handling both delivery and operational duties.
Client Delivery Responsibilities
- Execute tasks as directed by the Senior Project Manager ensuring completion.
- Monitor project deliverables and team progress, identifying risks early.
- Resolve obstacles or escalate to leadership when necessary.
- Clarify and communicate project priorities to keep the team aligned.
- Act as a main contact for clients, providing timely status updates.
- Gather information from clients and stakeholders to maintain workflow.
- Convert client feedback into actionable tasks for team members.
- Coordinate project implementations, enhancements, and system integrations.
- Oversee requirements tracking, configuration, testing, and releases.
- Collaborate with technical personnel to meet client expectations.
- Maintain project documentation, including plans, notes, and tracking tools.
- Facilitate meetings and work sessions related to project progress.
- Perform other assigned duties related to project delivery.
Business Support Responsibilities
- Manage and update CRM systems including records and client pipelines.
- Assist in preparing proposals, statements of work, and presentation materials.
- Support onboarding of new clients and coordinate follow-ups with prospects.
- Help maintain company website, social media channels, and newsletters.
- Contribute to the development of client case studies.
- Perform other assigned operational duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Three to five years experience coordinating projects, preferably with enterprise software including Salesforce.
- Proven capability to follow direction and independently drive work through to completion.
- Excellent communication skills with experience in client-facing roles.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams, foresee blockers, and maintain team momentum.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira and Smartsheet.
- Highly organized, proactive, and attentive to detail.
- Adaptability to switch between project delivery and internal business functions.
- Experience in business operations is advantageous.
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Associate) are beneficial but not required.
Additional Details
- Employment type: Full-time (W2); 1099 contract options are not offered.
- Work location: Fully remote with occasional travel to client sites.

- Compensation range: $65,000 to $75,000 per year, based on experience.
