Role Overview
We are looking to appoint a Principal HR Business Partner to collaborate closely with business leaders to provide timely and quality HR services aligned with business goals. This role requires maintaining clear communication, professionalism, confidentiality, and impartiality. The candidate will act as a change agent, proactively managing organizational change and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand and strive to exceed partner expectations.
- Deliver quality HR services and solutions promptly to achieve business objectives.
- Proactively foster organizational effectiveness and change management.
- Align HR policies, systems, structures, and processes with strategic business goals.
- Coach and partner with line managers in recruitment, performance, and talent management, continuously enhancing HR practices.
- Cultivate a culture of employee engagement to support business growth.
- Collaborate in strategic HR planning with line managers for operational needs.
- Serve as the primary contact for manufacturing employee relations, ensuring fair and timely conflict resolution and a positive work environment.
- Analyze workforce data to support strategic manpower planning.
- Coordinate internal communications and employee engagement initiatives with business unit leadership.
- Plan and participate in team-building activities.
- Lead the design and execution of HR projects and initiatives.
- Ensure process compliance and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Execute additional duties as assigned.
- Adhere to Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security policies and contribute to maintaining a safe workplace.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in semiconductor, manufacturing, or electronics sectors.
- Solid understanding of labor laws and HR functions.
- Effective communication skills suitable for multicultural environments.
