Job description

About the Role

We are searching for a People & Culture (P&C) Business Partner focused on Enablement to collaborate with key departments such as People & Culture, Finance, Strategy, and Revenue, assisting in scaling Snoonu's operations. This position blends business partnering at the headquarters level with exposure across group functions, working intimately with function leaders, their leadership teams, and the wider P&C department to transform business objectives into impactful people and organizational strategies.

This role is strategic rather than transactional, ideal for someone who comprehends the business implications of human resource initiatives, can engage in constructive challenge, leverage data and organizational insights to pinpoint challenges, foresee talent requirements, and enable leaders in strengthening their teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main P&C partner for leaders in P&C, Finance, Strategy, and Revenue departments.
  • Understand each function's strategy, operating model, priorities, talent landscape, and challenges.
  • Translate business goals into actionable people and organizational plans, recommending effective P&C interventions.
  • Offer evidence-based advice on organization, talent, performance, leadership, workforce, and people-related decisions.
  • Create trusted relationships and challenge leaders constructively when necessary.
  • Proactively identify organizational and talent risks.
  • Collaborate with leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, role clarity, succession, and capability development.
  • Support organizational change initiatives from analysis to implementation.
  • Evaluate workforce requests considering business needs, organizational effectiveness, and future plans.
  • Work jointly with P&C leadership and Finance on headcount governance and people-cost management.
  • Identify dependencies, capability gaps, and risks to improve team effectiveness.
  • Drive the talent management agenda including performance, critical talent, succession, development, retention, and leadership capability.
  • Facilitate performance and talent calibration with leaders, ensuring differentiation based on data and business impact.
  • Identify critical roles, assess talent risks, and guide retention and succession strategies.
  • Coordinate with Talent Acquisition to align hiring with workforce plans.
  • Support leaders in managing underperformance effectively.
  • Utilize workforce and talent data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Partner with People Analytics and Finance to link people metrics with organizational and financial performance.
  • Translate data into actionable recommendations for leadership discussions.
  • Maintain an understanding of employee experience and organizational climate.
  • Work with leaders on engagement priorities based on employee feedback.
  • Address systemic people or leadership challenges in collaboration with relevant P&C teams.
  • Engage Employee Relations for complex employee matters.
  • Support organizational change with appropriate stakeholder engagement and communication.
  • Collaborate within the broader P&C Business Partner community to ensure aligned leadership support.
  • Partner with various P&C centers of expertise to deliver specialized solutions.
  • Contribute to group-wide P&C projects relevant to portfolio functions.
  • Help elevate the quality and maturity of business partnering across the company.

Candidate Profile

  • Over 6 years’ progressive experience in People & Culture or Human Resources, including significant HR Business Partner or People Partner roles.
  • Experience in a technology or high-growth digital company is highly advantageous.
  • Proven track record working with senior leadership and complex stakeholder environments.
  • Strong knowledge of organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, performance management, succession planning, and employee relations.
  • Commercial acumen with an understanding of cross-functional contributions to company success.
  • Analytical proficiency and confidence using workforce and business data to drive decisions.
  • Able to balance strategic discussions with practical execution.
  • Experience in matrixed, multi-business, or multi-country contexts is desirable due to combined HQ and group responsibilities.
  • Good judgment with the ability to challenge senior stakeholders constructively.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Adaptable to fast-paced, evolving environments focusing on growth and changing priorities.
