Pricing Coordinator

Role overview

We are looking for a Pricing Coordinator to join the team in Sharjah Emirate, United Arab Emirates on a full-time, on-site basis. The role focuses on building accurate and competitive price proposals for fire safety products, systems, and services while staying aligned with company policies and standards.

What you will do

• Prepare pricing proposals with careful attention to accuracy, competitiveness, and policy compliance.
• Review cost breakdowns, pricing structures, and customer requirements to support quote development.
• Work closely with sales, procurement, and operations teams to gather inputs and secure approvals.
• Refresh and maintain price lists as business needs and market conditions change.
• Assist with tender submissions and provide pricing support for bids and related documentation.
• Handle pricing queries raised by internal teams and provide clear, timely responses.
• Keep pricing files and records organized and up to date.
• Prepare reports and contribute ideas for improving pricing methods and workflows.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical ability to assess costs, margins, and pricing models.
• Good communication skills for coordinating with sales, procurement, operations, and customers.
• Customer-facing and sales support capability for quotations, inquiries, and tender responses.
• Comfort using MS Excel and other business tools for analysis and reporting.
• Experience in pricing, sales support, finance, or a comparable role is preferred, especially in manufacturing or fire safety.
• High attention to detail, strong organization, and the ability to juggle several deadlines at once.
• A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Knowledge of the UAE market and tendering procedures is considered an advantage.
