About the Role
A Fortune 200 global organisation is launching its Global Capability Centre in India and is hiring an Executive Assistant to support the leadership team. This is an early-stage opportunity to help shape the executive-support function at a company making a significant long-term investment in India. The hiring is being managed through a talent marketplace that supports global companies in building teams and GCCs in India.
The role is designed for someone who can keep senior leaders organised, manage busy schedules, and stay ahead of shifting priorities so decision-makers can stay focused on critical work.
Location
Open to candidates based in Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, or working remotely from anywhere in India.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle complex calendar planning across multiple time zones while safeguarding time for focused work.
- Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure action items are tracked through to closure.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including visas and detailed itineraries.
- Draft, sort, and prioritise emails and other correspondence on behalf of senior leaders.
- Create presentation materials, briefing documents, and meeting-ready notes.
- Manage expense submissions, approvals, and sensitive records with care and discretion.
Candidate Profile
- 3 to 6 years of experience supporting senior leadership in an executive assistant or administrative assistant capacity.
- Strong organisational ability, prioritisation skills, and a sharp eye for detail.
- Clear and polished written and verbal English communication, along with sound judgement in handling confidential matters.
- A dependable remote working arrangement and comfort working through changing priorities.
Preferred Background
- Experience in a GCC, multinational company, or large corporate environment.
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and scheduling software.
- Prior experience coordinating work across global time zones.
