Role Overview

To support operational goals and bolster productivity, the company urgently seeks to fill the Planning Officer 1 position. The role primarily focuses on efficient management of work-in-progress (WIP) inventory to meet production targets effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and control work-in-progress inventory to ensure smooth operations.
• Regularly update production data within the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
• Oversee the transfer process of finished goods from production lines to the Finished Goods (FG) Store.
• Compile and coordinate data inputs necessary for the SQDCE meetings.
• Create and maintain production master data including items, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and routings.
• Conduct stock taking activities to verify inventory accuracy.
• Provide support for weekly production planning activities when the supervisor is unavailable.

Education and Experience

Candidates must hold a relevant degree in supply chain management or an equivalent qualification. A minimum of five years of experience in a related role is required.
