Role Overview

To support operational goals and bolster productivity, the company urgently seeks to fill the Planning Officer 1 position. The role primarily focuses on efficient management of work-in-progress (WIP) inventory to meet production targets effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and control work-in-progress inventory to ensure smooth operations.
Regularly update production data within the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
Oversee the transfer process of finished goods from production lines to the Finished Goods (FG) Store.
Compile and coordinate data inputs necessary for the SQDCE meetings.
Create and maintain production master data including items, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and routings.
Conduct stock taking activities to verify inventory accuracy.
Provide support for weekly production planning activities when the supervisor is unavailable.

Education and Experience

Candidates must hold a relevant degree in supply chain management or an equivalent qualification. A minimum of five years of experience in a related role is required.
