Role Overview
Join Woolworths Supermarkets New Zealand as an Online Assistant based in Rangiora, Canterbury. Be a vital part of a team that serves over three million New Zealanders weekly through more than 185 stores. Key Duties
- Accurately, efficiently, and safely picking and packing online customer orders.
- Coordinating with various departments to address out-of-stock items, product substitutions, and other customer inquiries.
- Maintaining and demonstrating a strong commitment to Health and Safety standards for yourself and team members.
Candidate Profile
- Possesses a customer-focused attitude with a clear understanding of excellent customer service.
- Capable of making customer-first decisions consistent with company processes and systems.
- Works effectively within a team environment and communicates well.
- Willingness and ability to be on your feet throughout the entire shift.
- Brings a friendly demeanor and welcoming attitude.
Work Schedule
Roster Example:
- Monday: 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM
- Saturday: 2:30 PM to 8:00 PM
