Job Overview

Join the Production team at Viatris' Carole Park facility, where you'll be involved in manufacturing high-quality tablets and capsules. This is a full-time, permanent role with a rotating Monday to Friday roster.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage work tasks effectively to fulfill manufacturing schedules and targets in a cost-efficient manner.
• Recognize and report challenges or limitations in your work area and help develop practical solutions.
• Engage actively in improvement projects to achieve set objectives.
• Foster a positive, motivated workforce by promoting communication, participation, and teamwork.
• Maintain necessary skills and competencies relevant to your role and ongoing development.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
• Prepare and complete GMP documentation accurately according to standards.
• Immediately report any deviations from established processing or procedural standards.
• Identify and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in workshops and training sessions to enhance skills.
• Adhere to safety guidelines to help maintain a safe and healthy workplace, including reporting hazards or injuries promptly.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management.
• Advocate for safety practices and actively support safety policies and initiatives.

Candidate Profile

• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Clear and neat handwriting skills.
• Proactive approach with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Previous experience in a similar manufacturing environment is advantageous.
• Ability to read, interpret, and follow detailed instructions carefully.
• Competency in performing mathematical calculations using a calculator.
• Skill in interpreting and plotting data on charts.
• Understanding of the importance of adhering strictly to government-regulated procedures.
